The Simple Process
Step 1
The first step is for you to come into our dental practice located in Buttsash for a chance to have a face-to-face consultation with one of our dentists. The appointment is designed for patients to get a better understanding of what Invisalign is and how it works. The pricing will also be included in the appointment and it’s a chance for the dentist to grasp what is it that you are looking for as the final result. We will then use our in-house high-tech iTero Element scanner to craft a 3D scan of your smile, which will determine your treatment plan options.
Step 2
Once the treatment plan is set in place, we will be able to demonstrate the straight smile end result via an interactive 3D video which you will be able to review prior to starting the process. The video is an exact copy of what your teeth are bound to look like at the end of the treatment and it is a great way to imagine what you will be wearing the aligners for!
Step 3
At this point, we will provide a course of different aligners varying in size in order for you to change your aligners every 1-2 weeks or as instructed by your dentist. We will then invite you for a try in an appointment where you will be able to try the several aligners to see whether or not they fit perfectly to ensure no discomfort is caused during the course of treatment. As the clear braces are removable, they allow you to live your normal life without having to adjust your diet or hygiene routine.
Step 4
Your Buttsash dentist will then invite you back every 4-6 weeks into our dental practice in order for us to track your progress and so that we can look after you and your teeth along the way. Although other clear braces provide do not invite you back to check if everything is running smoothly, we like to take the extra mile to ensure our patients are looked after! Finally, once your course of treatment finishes, we will design a clear retainer for you to wear to maintain your perfect smile! From then, you will have your dream smile!
