How to Keep Your Breath Fresher

Maintaining fresh breath and keeping bad breath at bay is quite easy with a few basic steps. Good dental health including regular dentist appointments is important in preventing bad breath.

Key takeaways:

– Make sure to brush your teeth twice daily to remove the plaque which feeds bacteria and causes bad breath.

– Swill your mouth after eating to wash away any food particles stuck to or trapped between teeth.

–  Use a good mouthwash to help kill bacteria and leave a fresher taste in your mouth.

“The coating that normally forms on your tongue can be a host for smelly bacteria. To get rid of them, gently brush your tongue with your toothbrush.”
